indecent exposure
Under the Texas Penal Code a person commits indecent exposure if they expose their anus or any part of their genitals with intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person, and they are reckless about whether another person is present who will be offended or alarmed by their act. This is a Class B Misdemeanor.
PUBLIC LEWDNESS
Under the Texas Penal Code this offense is committed if a person knowingly engages in any of the following acts and are in a public place or if not in a public place they are reckless about whether another is present who will be offended or alarmed by:
- Act of sexual intercourse
- Act of deviate sexual intercourse
- Act of sexual contact
- Act involving contact between the persons mouth or genitals and the anus or genitals of an animal or fowl.
This is a Class A Misdemeanor.
